We are "Turn-Around" experts who specialize in acquiring properties in need of restructuring and/or refinancing, or properties that are simply operating at a sub-par cash flow. The point being, these properties are the ones that Owners and Brokers find impossible to sell in their present condition. Often these properties are described as being over-encumbered, have negative equity and negative cash flow, and are in need of immediate repair and/or rehabilitation.

Properties must have at least 60% occupancy and we require apartments with more than 100 units, hotels and motels with more than 50 rooms, offices with more than 40,000 s.f., retail and shopping centers with more than 40,000 s.f., and mini storage facilities with more than 100 units.
